What do you wear when it's not that hot anymore but not cold yet? I love colors and I highly doubt I'll be giving up bright colors. Put on some long pants and throw a sweater over, it becomes pretty appropriate for Fall don't you think? I have some more transitioning outfits planned for this week's posts so stay tuned!
